RIVO Sloe Gin is the first Italian Sloe Gin and is made with exclusively Italian blackthorn berries. The berries, hand-picked last autumn, are left to macerate in RIVO Gin for a few months. The result is a limited edition artisanal Sloe Gin. The slightly sweet flavour is enhanced by fruity and almond notes that delicately complete the rich bouquet of RIVO Gin. Perfect to drink neat or mixed.
The mountains, the wind, the water. We distilled the essence of Lake Comoto create a gin worthy of this very special place. Staying true to its Italian roots, RIVO gin is an artisan product made with passion and love. The distillation happens in a small batches and using only the finest botanicals.

Colour: The red colour is given by the blackthorn berries
Aroma: Slightly sweet, with fruity and almond notes that balance to give a round and at the same time delicate flavor.
Palate: A gradation of 30% VOL and a moderate addition of sugars, makes RIVO Sloe Gin perfect to be drunk smooth or mixed in cocktails.
