How It Was Made:
The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks using native yeast. A post-fermentation skin maceration of 7 days allows for additional flavor extraction. The wine is aged for 24 months—half in stainless steel tanks and half in second-use oak barrels. The wine is unfiltered and contains low sulfites to maintain its natural purity
