This Lambrusco has a deep ruby red color with purple nuances. Intense fruity bouquet at the nose with sweet ripe red fruits notes. At the palate is sweet, intense and fruity, well balanced and pleasantly round with a soft mousse

How It Was Made:
Vinification: Destemming-crushing and subsequent prolonged maceration of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature and refermentation in autoclave.
Soil: :calcareous-clayey
Production area: Reggio Emilia
