Fruit forward, warm apricots, tropical fruits like guava and papaya, citrus, intense jasmine scent, calendula and white nougat
Creamy texture, dense structure, fresh fruit and acidity, medium-bodied, dry and fruit driven finish
Food Pairing: Whipped salt cod (baccalà) or a mild white fish such as baked sea bass poached in rice wine and miso
