How It Was Made:
Handpicked 30-year-old vines are carefully sorted, fully destemmed, and lightly crushed. Fermentation takes place in open vats with full malolactic conversion for softness. The wine is aged 10–12 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness and bottled after clarification, without oak influence.
