How It Was Made:
Fermentation: Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in open-top fermenters to retain the fresh fruit character.
Aging: The wine is aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels (30% new) to develop richness and complexity.
Minimal Intervention: Minimal filtration to preserve the wine’s intense character.
