Copper-pot distilled Australian rum from Beenleigh using molasses and Queensland rainwater. Aged at least two years in ex-brandy vats and ex-bourbon barrels to develop caramel and vanilla balance without added color.
Profile:
Aroma: Tropical fruit, floral undertones, toasted oak, caramel.
Palate: Smooth and well-blended caramel-forward sweetness, vanilla, subtle toasted brioche and spice.
Finish: Gentle warmth with lingering vanilla-oak and light burnt sugar sweetness.
