White paper color with golden reflections. It has an intense bouquet, with hints of peach, melon and pear. In the mouth it is fresh and savory with good acidity. Wine to drink young in order to better savor its freshness.

How It Was Made:
Vinification and aging: After the destemming and soft pressing, the must is placed in stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16/18° C. The wine is then stored in steel for a few months before being bottled.
