The colour is bright ruby red with purple tints. The strong fruity aromas give off notes of cherries. It is pleasant and light. On the palate is balanced with elegant tannins and it has a long persistence.

Finish: Long, smooth, and slightly spicy with lingering fruit and oak.

How It Was Made:

Harvested from Sicilian vineyards, the grapes undergo 6‑day maceration with native yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and a brief bottle refinement. No extended oak aging is typical for this DOC.
