How It Was Made:

Vinification: Grapes are manually harvested and sorted. Fermentation is conducted in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The property employs sustainable farming practices and has achieved High Environmental Value (HVE) level 3 certification.

Aging: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (about 30% new oak) to impart complexity and structure.
