From fresh pomace of Brunello di Montalcino , distilled with discontinuous bain-marie systems, comes the Grappa Poggio di Sotto . A slow process, which makes the grappa a photograph of the terroir. Fresh white, with a clean nose, to underline the freshness of the selected pomace, with a floral bouquet in which a note of iris and dog rose stands out. A very mineral distillate, with a long and persistent aftertaste, exquisite for balance and elegance.
