Single malt Welsh whisky finished in ex-peated quarter casks. Layered with subtle smoke atop a sweet orchard‑fruit and vanilla core. Natural color, non chill-filtered.
Profile:
Aroma: Peat smoke, sea breeze, warm marmalade on toast.
Palate: Initial sweetness then smoky, slightly medicinal phenols, orchard fruit, honey, citrus peel.
Finish: Lingering peat, soot, orchard fruit and honey with a hint of bitterness and fresh finish.
