Regular price $29.80Beautiful cherry red colour, very dense, reflecting a young and concentrated wine. The nose is marked by red fruits (candied cherry, strawberry and raspberry jam, blackberry), violet and liquorice. In the mouth, a beautiful, concentrated, rich and complex structure. The finish is peacock-tailed, long and generous, with pleasantly round tannins.
Founded in 1929, the Cairanne cooperative is a major player in the region with its two flagship brands, Camille Cayran for the traditional network and Victor Delauze for mass distribution. In 2020, it merged with the Cave de Sainte Cécile-les-Vignes and became Cave de Cairanne Camille & Cécilia. It now covers more than 1,100 ha and is expanding its offering with an organic range.

Beautiful cherry red color. An explosive nose consisting of aromas of black fruits and spices (licorice). On the palate a beautiful concentrated structure, rich and complex. Peacock tail finish, long and harmonious.

How It Was Made:
Metamorphose comes from a vineyard located in and around the commune of Cairanne (in the Vaucluse department, on the left bank of the Rhône), facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. The vines are planted on stony clay-limestone hillsides, on gentle slopes well exposed to the sun.
