THE BRAND Benromach traces its roots back to pre-1960s Speyside and produces a whisky with hints of delicate smoke and a wonderful balance of flavours. Known for the high quality of its distillate, the distillery takes particular care in the production of its whisky. Indeed, Benromach’s three distillers carefully orchestrate every second of the distillation process and use only high-quality, 100% Scottish ingredients. Each cask is filled, weighed and stamped by hand, before being matured for a number of years in their traditional bonded warehouses. A vibrant illustration of tradition and modernity, Benromach is noted for its unique maturations and dynamic image. Benromach Single Malts are made according to a manual method based on the know-how of master distillers, and aged exclusively in first fill barrels. This brand new edition is perhaps the epitome of the Benromach style. Aged of 21 years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. Aromas of bitter orange, hints of various spices, a touch of raspberry and a hint of subtle smoke. Delightful.
