Grown on the Peninsula de Azuero, this Panamanian rum is made from sugarcane cultivated in ideal tropical conditions. Distilled in copper columns and aged for 15 years in American oak, it’s then refined in Cognac cellars for added finesse. Bottled by NAUD in France, this rum offers exceptional quality and value.

Profile:
Appearance: Deep mahogany to ruby amber, with rich, inviting depth.
Aroma: Coconut, tonka bean, and vanilla sugar combine with warm baking spices and a pronounced sugar‑cane sweetness.
Palate: Generous and patisserie‑like—think licorice, cinnamon, roasted nuts, cherry/apricot fruit, with hints of wood smoke and subtle horseradish undertones.
Finish: Smooth and luscious—lingering toffee, dried fruit, oak, and vanilla; an approachable yet complex warmth lingers on the palate.
Food Pairing: Enjoy neat or pair with desserts like crème brulee or chocolate tart, smoked meats, or savoury cheeses like gouda or aged cheddar.
How It Was Made:
Distilled from molasses using a column still in Panama.
Aged 15 years in American oak (ex-Bourbon) solera-style in tropical climate.
Finished for several months in former Cognac barrels in France’s Charente region.
