100% Shiraz from 60‑year‑old Barossa vines in Greenock, Stonewell, and Vine Vale. Fermented in open-top vats with some whole‑bunches, basket‑pressed, aged in seasoned French oak, unfined and unfiltered.
Profile:
Aroma: Blackberry, dark plum, black cherry, with black pepper, aniseed, fennel and Indian spice.
Palate: Dense fruit layers—black cherry, liquorice and blackberry—with dark chocolate, roasted coffee, mocha, fennel and subtle earthy spice; supple yet structured.
Finish: Long, sumptuous, with velvet-smooth tannins and lingering black fruit and spice richness.
