How It Was Made:
The grapes are cultivated biodynamically (Demeter certification) on the Magrè talus cone in calcareous, sandy soils. In the winery, fermentation is spontaneous (native yeasts), and malolactic fermentation is carried out partly in stainless steel and partly in casks. The wine is then aged in a mix of wooden casks and stainless steel tanks.
